How does the Tissue Delivery subscription actually work?
+You set it up once. Choose your products and quantities, activate your subscription, and we handle the billing, restocking, and delivery automatically every month. You subscribe once and stay supplied until you decide to unsubscribe, so there's nothing to remember and no re-ordering.
When will I be charged each month?
+Your very first order is charged immediately at checkout to kick off your subscription. From your second month onward, your card is automatically charged within the first 5 days of every month, with no action needed on your end.
How do I update my payment method?
+Sign in to your account and open the Billing section to add or update your card details. Changes made before the 5th of the month apply to that month's charge. If you need help, our support team can walk you through it.
Is your pricing really lower than retail?

How do I change my delivery address or quantities?
+Log in and open your subscription settings to update your delivery address or change the quantity of tissue and paper towel rolls. Updates made before the 5th take effect on that month's order.
