If there is a direct conflict, the more specific terms for that feature will govern for that feature only.

To use our services and place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract. Our services are intended for customers located in the United States, in the areas where delivery is available. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Some features require you to create an account or manage your subscription through our billing portal. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date, including your delivery address and payment details;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others; and
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

We sell toilet paper, paper towels, and related paper products on a subscription basis. We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, roll counts, sheet counts, or other content are always complete or error-free.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and modify or discontinue products or plans at any time. Any price change to an active subscription will apply to future billing cycles, and we will provide notice where required by law.

Our subscription plans provide recurring monthly delivery of paper products. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

How the Monthly Cycle Works

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, we may retry the payment, pause your subscription, or delay your delivery until payment is resolved. All charges are billed in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes are added at the time of each charge.

You may cancel, pause, upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription at any time through your account billing portal or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes and cancellations must be made before your next billing date (the 5th of the month). Changes made on or after your billing date will take effect the following cycle.

• Cancelling stops future charges and deliveries; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
• If you cancel after being billed but before your order ships, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help, subject to our Returns & Refunds terms.
• We may cancel or suspend a subscription if payment cannot be collected, if delivery is not available to your area, or if these Terms are violated.

We deliver to the address you provide, within the service areas listed on our Locations page. Recurring subscription orders are scheduled to arrive by the 10th of each month. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate delivery address and to ensure someone or a safe location is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered, are delayed, or are lost or stolen due to an incorrect address or an unsecured delivery location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address on file.

Because our products are consumable hygiene items, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photos, so we can arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy.

Refunds, where approved, are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Promotional discounts, delivery fees, and taxes may be handled as described in the Returns & Refunds policy.

From time to time we offer promotions, discounts, or introductory offers, such as a discount on your first month or free delivery. Unless stated otherwise:

• Offers are limited-time, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined with other offers;
• Introductory pricing applies only to the stated period; standard plan pricing applies to subsequent cycles;
• Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value; and
• We reserve the right to void offers or orders that we reasonably believe were obtained through fraud, error, or abuse.

We offer custom bulk and recurring supply arrangements for businesses such as restaurants, hotels, offices, healthcare facilities, and schools. Custom quotes are based on the volume and details you provide and are valid only for the period stated in the quote. A custom bulk arrangement may be subject to a separate written agreement or order confirmation, which will govern to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

When using our website and services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent our products or services without our written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security features;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or extract data from the website;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Tissue Delivery.com or any third party.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, against anyone who violates this section.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts, and the "Tissue Delivery.com" name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for your personal or internal business use in connection with purchasing our products. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TISSUE DELIVERY.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DELIVERIES WILL ALWAYS ARRIVE ON THE ESTIMATED DATE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTIES OF THEIR MANUFACTURERS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TISSUE DELIVERY.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tissue Delivery.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the following, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by reaching out to our team.

Time to Bring a Claim

To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the website, products, or services must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms remain in effect while you use our website or services. You may stop using the services at any time and cancel any subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services, and cancel any order or subscription, at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where the changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the website or services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Tissue Delivery.com regarding the website and services.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier delays, natural disasters, or labor disruptions.
